The burbank collection was completed in august 2008 and was the recipient of the gold nugget award at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference as one of the best mixed use projects in the Western United States.

It is the final phase of the burbank entertainment village in downtown burbank including the #4 ranking AMC multiplex theater in the country and over 120,000 square feet of shops and restaurants. Immediately adjacent to the village on the east, San Fernando Road is a quaint urban street anchored with restaurants and shops including EQ3, Active and Urban Outfitters.
