Upon its completion in May 2008, the Burbank Collection^® will be the final phase of the Burbank Entertainment Village in downtown Burbank, which will include the #3 ranking AMC multi-plex in the country, and over 80,000 square feet of shops and restaurants. Immediately adjacent to the Village on the east, San Fernando Road is a quaint urban street anchored by Urban outfitters, Active and EQ3. Immediately adjacent to the north of the Village is the Media Center Mall, which is currently being remodeled to include Macys, Sears, Ikea, Bed Bath & Beyond and P.F. Chang's.

The Burbank Collection will have the only 40,000 square feet of remaining shops and restaurants available in this district which is 100% occupied, all which is directly across the street from the AMC box office. In addition, the Burbank Collection will add 400 additional free parking spaces to the downtown area.
